The Precima FDB 10 is a compact and reliable spring-applied brake delivering 10 Nm of holding torque at 24 VDC, designed with a Ø19 H7 hub for precise shaft coupling. Featuring a fully sealed IP54/55-rated enclosure, it provides robust protection against dust and high-pressure washdowns—ideal for industrial automation, conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and washdown applications.

This fixed-gap version comes with a factory-set air gap, enabling quick, installation without adjustment. As a fail-safe brake, it engages automatically upon power loss (spring force applied) and releases cleanly only when energized—ensuring dependable holding and emergency-stop functionality when safety matters most.

De-energized, it holds firmly; energized, it disengages precisely—supporting smooth, controlled motion in pick-and-place systems, packaging machinery, small actuator drives, and AGV applications.

This unit is ready for installation with a Ø19 H7 fit, and optional features include manual release, flange adapters, wear sensors, temperature monitoring, low-noise and corrosion-resistant variants—allowing flexible adaptation to a wide range of operational needs.
