The NG waterproof flange bearing F4 Ø25 is a hygienic, corrosion-resistant bearing solution engineered for use in demanding environments such as food processing, beverage production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

This 4-bolt flange bearing features a blue polyurethane housing with steel-reinforced mounting holes for increased strength and durability. The housing incorporates a stainless steel bearing insert and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, providing reliable protection against dust, water, and aggressive cleaning chemicals. Rated to IP66/67, the unit withstands both high-pressure washdowns and temporary submersion.

The open cover design allows easy access for cleaning and inspection. A straight grease nipple supports efficient re-lubrication, while the eccentric locking collar ensures a secure shaft connection, preventing slippage during operation.
