The NG waterproof flange bearing F4 Ø25 is a hygienic and corrosion-resistant bearing unit designed for demanding washdown and process environments such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

This 4-bolt flange bearing features a blue polyurethane housing with steel-reinforced mounting holes for added durability. The housing contains a stainless steel bearing insert and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, providing effective protection against dust, water, and aggressive cleaning chemicals. Rated to IP66/67, it withstands both high-pressure washdowns and temporary submersion.

The closed cover design offers maximum protection against contaminants, while the straight grease nipple allows for efficient re-lubrication. The eccentric locking collar ensures a secure and stable shaft connection, preventing slippage during operation. Designed for Ø25 mm shafts with a hole distance of 70 mm, it provides precise fit and long service life.
