The NG waterproof flange bearing F3 Ø30 is a hygienic, corrosion-resistant bearing unit designed for demanding environments such as food processing, beverage production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

This 3-bolt flange bearing features a blue polyurethane housing with steel-reinforced mounting holes for enhanced durability. The housing is fitted with a stainless steel bearing insert and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, providing effective protection against dust, water, and aggressive cleaning agents. With an IP66/67 rating, it withstands both high-pressure washdowns and temporary submersion.

The open cover allows easy access for visual inspection and cleaning, while the straight grease nipple ensures quick and efficient re-lubrication. The eccentric locking collar secures the bearing firmly to the shaft, preventing slippage under load. Designed for Ø30 mm shafts with a hole distance of 47.6 mm, it offers precise alignment and stable performance.
